We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the delivery of goods sold by Central Home Appliances Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, with its principal business operations in London, United Kingdom.
By placing an order through our website or via direct communication channels, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Delivery Coverage
- We currently offer delivery exclusively within the Greater London region, including areas within a 150-kilometre radius from Central London.
- Deliveries outside this geographical scope are not available at this time.
- Orders placed with a delivery address outside of our service area will be cancelled and refunded within 3–5 business days.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- All orders are processed and scheduled for delivery within 24 hours of confirmed payment, subject to stock availability and order verification.
- Orders received after 4:00 PM (GMT) may be processed on the next business day.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Customers will receive a confirmation call or message to schedule a delivery window.
3. Delivery Fees & Promotional Offers
- As part of our launch promotional campaign, all deliveries made within our coverage area are free of charge, including installation and appliance removal.
- This offer is limited in time and subject to change without prior notice.
- Upon conclusion of the promotional period, delivery will be subject to a standard fee per delivery, calculated based on location and service level, which will be transparently displayed at checkout.
- Any changes to delivery charges will be reflected in this Policy and will take effect prospectively from the date of the update.
4. Included Delivery Services
The following services are included in all qualifying deliveries during the promotional period:
- Delivery of the appliance to your ground-level property entrance or designated installation area.
- Basic installation (connection to existing electrical/plumbing outlets and standard setup).
- Free removal of your existing appliance (like-for-like) at the time of delivery. The appliance must be disconnected, empty, and in a safe-to-remove condition.
Please Note:
- We do not modify existing plumbing, cabinetry, or electrical systems.
- Any non-standard installation requirements must be discussed in advance and may incur additional charges once delivery fees are implemented.
5. Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling
- If the customer is unavailable during the scheduled delivery time and fails to provide 24-hour notice, re-delivery may be delayed and subject to rescheduling fees (once the free delivery promotion ends).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:Access to the property is clear.The delivery path is unobstructed.Someone aged 18 or over is present to accept the delivery.
6. Delivery Limitations
- Multi-storey buildings without functional lifts may not qualify for upper-level delivery beyond the ground floor.
- Inaccessible locations (narrow staircases, no parking access, etc.) must be disclosed in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the delivery crew deems it unsafe or impractical.
7. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the stated delivery address and acknowledged by signature or confirmation from the customer or an authorised recipient.
- Title to the goods passes to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery.
8. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on our website. Customers will be notified of material updates before checkout or via email (if applicable).
