🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Central Home Appliances Limited delivers refurbished and factory seconds appliances across London and selected UK regions.

Delivery Timeframe

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) are delivered within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.
• Orders after 4:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Fees

• Free delivery within our coverage area.
• Free installation (standard connection only).
• Free removal of your old appliance (must be disconnected, empty, and safe to remove).

Service Notes

• We do not alter plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry.
• Non-standard installations must be agreed in advance.

Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available at the scheduled time and no 24-hour notice is given, re-delivery will be rescheduled.
• Someone aged 18+ must be present to accept delivery.

Risk & Ownership

• Risk of loss transfers at delivery and customer confirmation.
• Ownership transfers after full payment and delivery.
